Project Overview

This client’s National Sales Leadership Conference (SLC) celebrates performance, fosters connection, and energizes the company’s top sales and operations leaders. For this project, Elevate the Production led the full production management and creative content execution—from AV oversight and show calling to video storytelling and on-site photography.

The event featured a refreshed scenic look, an updated awards program with custom voiceovers and personalized songs for each winner, and a new opening video that celebrated the company’s past achievements while setting a bold tone for the future. Elevate also produced an end-of-conference recap video—an energetic, two-minute highlight reel designed for internal distribution after the event—capturing key sessions, moments, and leadership messaging.

Project Timeline

1) Discovery & Planning (8 weeks)

Collaborated with the internal planning team to define event flow, creative tone, and recognition priorities.

2) Creative & Technical Design (6 weeks)

Developed graphics, headshot templates, and a new video content series, including the SLC opener and awards segments.

3) On-site Setup (1 day)

Integrated video playback systems and graphics packages with the AV vendor, tested transitions, and prepared live show cues.

4) Event Execution (4 days)

Produced daily programming, managed show calling, recorded interviews, and captured photo and video assets for recap editing.
